Cakes are made to be eaten, so here at Wren I only use the finest quality ingredients such as real English butter, local free-range eggs, Madagascan bourbon vanilla and couverture Belgian chocolate.
All my fully iced cakes are covered in a layer of silky white chocolate ganache before being covered in premium Swiss made sugar paste, to give a beautifully smooth finish.
Semi-naked cakes are carefully skimmed with a light layer of vanilla buttercream.
