The experience of creating your wedding cake combines elegance and story. Whether a simple silhouette or cascading sugar flowers, every design is different, yet the taste always exquisite.
First of all, I check the date and give an estimate on price and we have a chat to discuss the details. Once you book I begin sketching and planning your cake in detail. Every cake contains only the finest ingredients, each made to my secret recipe with a sprinkling of romance.
I only take a limited number of orders to maintain my high quality standard and bespoke approach, creating cakes that are stylish, sumptuous, decadent and delicious.

I love to meet couples face to face, and if you choose to have a fully iced cake a design appointment is included. If you are opting for a simple but stylish semi naked cake, a phone consultation can cover all the essentials.
If you’re not local to Cumbria and the Lake District I’m happy to arrange any appointments where possible to fit in with your plans.
Inspired by you
At your design consultation we’ll chat all things wedding, and I’ll be finding out your plans for the big day. Feel free to bring along any swatches, invitations, or even just a link to a Pinterest board – this can all help to create your perfect cake.
You’ll then receive a bespoke design sketch and and I’ll be able to give you a final quote.
Sumptuous Selection Boxes
I firmly believe that eating cake is the best part of wedding planning, and once you’ve enquired with me you are able to order one of my sumptuous selection boxes – no one wants to order a cake without tasting it first!
Each box contains 6 of your choice of flavours from the menu, and are £25, which is deducted from your final balance once you are booked in.

When I am quoting for couples I consider the size and number of tiers, the amount of detailing (eg the intricacy of handcrafted sugar flowers, ruffles or gold leaf applique), the combinations of flavour and the level of complexities in creating the design.
Quality and Creativity at the heart of your cake
My sumptuous cakes are created using only the finest ingredients. Creamy butter, free-range eggs, rich Belgian chocolate and fruity jams and preserves. I have a limited number of spaces available for commissions so that I can spend time on each design, prioritising quality and creativity.
Each price is completely different depending on the bespoke nature of design but as a guide:
Semi-naked wedding cakes
commence at £475
Iced wedding cakes
commence at £595
With most couples budgeting between £700-800.
